Who I See

It is important to me that I be someone who pays attention to the needs specific to certain populations. Therefore, I work with -- and am trained to work with -- many types of clients:

• Adults/children/adolescents
• Couples (including same-sex partners)
• Families and caregivers
• D/deaf and hard-of-hearing clients
• LGBTQ (lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender clients)

I hold cultural competency as an ethical responsibility. I’m aware of and sensitive to issues related to gender, ethnic background, sexual orientation, age, religion, spouse/partner status, disability, and other types of social and cultural difference. I also work with the D/deaf and Hard of Hearing communities as I am fluent in American Sign Language.
